The Valley Christian Trojans have had a strong beach volleyball season so far with an impressive record of 6-2. The Trojans got three more victories under their belt in the first two weeks of April. Their dominant performances were on April 2
nd, 7
th, and 11
th.
On April 2
nd the Trojans swept Scottsdale Prep with a 5-0 win, starting of strong for the month of April. Valley Christian dominated the competition brought by Scottsdale Prep. Valley Christian worked hard for these game results. Senior Jasmina Garcia said this about her pairing, "I am so proud of mine and
Aubrey Miller's season. I had had so much fun being paired with my best friend."
The next game was on April 7
th against River Valley High School with another sweep, making it a back to back 5-0 win for the Trojans. The depth of the pairs strengths really showed on these games. Senior
Bella Burrus had this to say about the team, "As a team we have performed well and practiced hard. Our new coaching staff pushed us hard in practice to help us play better in games. My senior partner
Morgen Hackett and I have played well this season and won almost all of our games."
The Valley Christian Trojans also played against Crimson High School earning a strong 4-1 victory. The only loss coming from an unfortunate forfeit at the 4's level. The day was hot and windy making it hard for good rallies. That game was senior night for our Trojans. We were able to celebrate the five seniors

The Trojans had a successful run in the beginning of April. The girls beach volleyball team proved themselves to be tough competition with the strong momentum shown through these three games. The Trojans fought hard against their competition these last three games. Make sure you watch out for the Trojans.
