Thursday night, the Valley Christian girls softball team scored a huge 18-4 win over the Florence Gophers. Senior, Ireland Strubbe, went 3/3 while adding 6 RBIs. Sophomore, Bree Hanzal, pitched five innings, allowing three earned runs. Six Lady Trojans were hit by pitches during the game, but this did not stop them from taking the big win. This game brought the Lady Trojans to a new record of 14-3-1 and they hope to score another win this Friday at 3pm against the Benjamin Franklin Chargers.
