Trojans Hot Streak Continues

4/8/2026 8:40:00 AM

Game 1: Trojans Vs Crismon

With the crushing 13-2 win over Crismon, the Trojans earn their 2nd victory in a 4 game winning streak.

Valley got of to a great start with 5 in the 1st inning, only letting Crismon get 2 which would subsequently be the last points the Rattlers would score for the rest of the game.

Pitcher and 1st baseman; Leigha Kremlacek ('27) dominated this game on both sides of the field. Hitting 2 home runs as well as getting 2 runs alone put the Trojans on a strong scoring streak. Not only that but also striking out 8 batters, it's not hard to see how Crismon was having a hard time scoring.

Game 2: Trojans VS Bears

From one beat down to another, the Valley Christian Trojans show no mercy going 22-0 against the Coolidge Bears. Thus adding another win under their belt making it a 3-game winning streak.

Within the 1st inning the team had 13 points alone. Aiding to that was Ryann Nelson ('27) and Leigha Kremlacek ('27), each with a home run. Can't forget about Makay Fraley ('27), Maddy Harmon ('27), and senior captain Abrielle Jarles ('26) for each of them tying for 3 runs respectively.

On the opposite side of the bat; shout out to Makay Fraley ('27) yet again for going to 5/5 in the outfield with a total chance to put-out ratio. Both Sophie Kercsmar ('26) and Abrielle Jarles right behind her with 2 each.

It's safe to say that this game was used as a significant stat-booster for the Trojans and another small steppingstone on their way to state.

Game 3: Trojans VS Gophers

Though not a clean sweep like the Coolidge game, the Trojans still deliver a devastating smack down going 15-1 against Florence. With them on a 4 game hot-streak, the Valley spirits are high going into their upcoming games.

The Trojans started off strong going 4-0 in the 1st inning and ended the 5th by going 6-0 with 8 out of the 10 players getting at least 1 run. Both Corinne Rodgers ('27) and Maddy Harmon ('27) having a noteworthy performance when it came to offense. With Rodgers having 2 doubles and Harmon having 2 bases stolen respectively, they were integral parts of extending the Trojans 's already large lead.

With Leigha Kremlacek's ('27) excellent pitching skills she struck out 8 batters yet again, combined with Amelia Bowman's ('27) quick hands, getting a total of 9 putouts, they both played crucial roles when it came to Keeping the Gophers at bay.

The Trojans softball team are on fire right now and with play offs in the distance, team composition will be a must if they want to continue this hot streak.
