Valley Christian Boys Basketball has been on fire this season. With a record of 22-3 to finish the season, Trojan basketball's only losses have been in the Fear the Hop tournament and against Fossil Ridge (CO). In their region they finished 10-0 and placed first in the 3A Central region.
Colby Jessup ('26) is leading the team this year in scoring, averaging 23 pts per game. Colby was shooting 45% from 3 point line during the regular season. Senior
Carson Grier is leading the team in assists, averaging 6 assist per game.

Carson Grier shared, "I felt that we had great challenges during the season that prepared us for the postseason. We really grew together as a team and developed really good team chemistry." The Trojans have displayed this chemistry by averaging almost 80 points per game during the regular season.
The Trojans kickoff their first ever run for a Copper Division Title, which is an open division for the best teams from 1A, 2A, and 3A. The Trojans dominated in the opening round against Coolidge, winning 87-46, and are now facing North Valley Christian in the quarterfinals on Friday night. Senior transfer
Justin Garcia shared about his outlook for the playoffs, "I feel that if we stick together as a team and trust each other and our coaches we will be successful."
The basketball team is currently ranked #1 in the Copper Division and are looking forward to winning their 4
th state title in a row.
