The Trojans won this week even with the absence of their star running back Kaden Majercak. Despite the offense playing sloppy Quarterback Hunter Heeringa threw for 128 yards and 2 touchdowns, including one to sophomore Caleb Lewis. 

The defense put up a stellar performance with 1 interception and 2 fumble recoveries, including a 47 yard scoop and score by junior Silas Venberg. They recorded 6.5 sacks and junior Christian Bell had 7 tackles for loss. Senior Justin Regehr continued to lead the team with 17 tackles this game.  

This week Valley Christian plays at Safford, hoping to continue their 5-0 season. Running back Kaden Majercak is expected to return, which will certainly help their offense get back on track.
