The Valley Christian Trojans had another dominant performance last Friday night against the Payson Longhorns with a score of 54-28.

Jadon Hanzal threw for a solid 285 yards and 4 touchdowns. Sherome Weatherspoon had 3 receiving touchdowns on the day and Andrew Hanzal got in the record books with the most receiving yards in school history. Kaden Majercak had 6 carries with 105 yards and a touchdown.

Dominic Zvada had the longest field goal in not only school history, but his 55 yarder was also a 3A state record.  

The Trojans take on the Show Low Cougars (1-4) this Friday night at Benson Field.
