Maggie graduated from Marcos de Niza High School where they were state runners up two years in a row for basketball. She went on to play basketball at Scottsdale Community College where they went to Nationals two years in a row. Maggie then graduated from ASU with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Sports Science with a minor physical education.
With over 20 years of coaching experience in Basketball, Volleyball and Softball, she's won multiple division championships. She's coached at Marcos de Niza High School, Corona del Sol High School, Kyrene Middle School and Valley Christian Schools. Maggie founded and coached a club basketball program where she ran multiple teams with ages ranging from kindergarten to High School.
Maggie has been married since 2001 and has four children who are all Trojans, Andre ('22), Jacob ('24), Emily (10th), and Lexi (7th). When she's not coaching, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing games, hiking, movies and sports.
Valley Christian is such a close-knit family and she is proud to be a part of it. She feels blessed to be able to coach in an environment where God is the main focus. She is most passionate about watching players develop from day to day and experience growth, not only in their athletics but in their walk with God.
