Coach Gina has been a part of the VC Community since 2008. She played basketball at Anderson University and coached Junior High Girls’ Basketball at Paradise Valley Christian Preparatory School. Coach Gina has come to know and enjoy all 5 of the different sports her children participated in while attending VCS. Empty nest brought her to the position of assistant swim coach in 2019 when the program was reinstated. The 2021 season saw the Trojans best finish to date with a 3rd place finish for the girls and a 4th place finish for the boys at the Division III State Swim and Dive Championships. The 2022 season welcomes back 19 returners to the program who collectively won 17 state medals in 2021. “This is going to be a very special season for me because the seniors were freshman when I first started coaching. The seniors are very motivated and have shown leadership and great work ethic to the underclassmen. I am very excited to see the entire team already willing to put the work in and seeing it pay off as the season progresses. I always tell everyone I have the best kids at VC on my swim team.” Coach Gina and her husband Greg have three children Caleb (’11), Chandler (’12) and Chloe (’19). Son in law Fred, and two grandchildren soon to be Trojans, Ryker and Addilyn Fulton.
