Coach Bond is from Dayton, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where he received his degree in Aerospace & Aeronautical Engineering. He then moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he started his career in Engineering with Honeywell and then American Airlines. Coach Bond also played running back for 5 years in the Arizona Football League soon after moving to Phoenix. Coach Bond has been married to his beautiful wife Cherie for 20 years and now works at Honeywell Aerospace as a Sr. Engineering Program Manager.

Coach Bond looks forward to the challenge of working with new faces and reconnecting with the boys that he coached in Middle School that are now playing at the High School level.
