Favorite Professional Runner: I look up to Allyson Felix(her Christianity, morals and behavior, and great work ethic). 
 
Favorite Bible Verse and Why: James 1:19 “Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger.” I have always loved this verse because it is such a good reminder for me to remember how to behave. I quickly repeat it to myself because it’s simple but a perfect helpful phrase for me to repeat when I am struggling, or if I want to focus on something else.
